Lorenc+Yoo developed a comprehensive branding story that inspired the project’s logo, graphic patterns, and signage style. To enhance the architecture’s art deco theme, the firm created architectural details that complement the buildings like fine jewelry, adding additional refinement and texture. On street level, a sleek retail façade completes the design, and comes with signage guidelines that allow for easy updates when commercial tenants change.
