Jan Lorenc spoke at the International Museum Design Symposium in London in late October, where he discussed visitors centers, including how they are similar to and differ from traditional museum projects. In addition, he discussed his book What Is Exhibition Design?, and fielded questions from members of the British design community.
Lorenc+Yoo will continue its 30th anniversary lecture series at the ICSC CenterBuild Conference in December and Exhibitor2009 in March 2009.
In project news, construction continues on the Detroit-based Greektown Casino, which will be featured in the next issue of Experiential Storytelling.
