Lorenc+Yoo Design designed Cousins Properties’ exhibit at the ICSC with elements of the architecture used at their Avenue brand malls. The exhibit is made up of different areas that can be used for different aspects of marketing. A tower is the corner focal point with glowing amber windows that can be seen across the convention center. A servery that is covered in pillowed naugahyde and accented with dimensional letters of the Cousins name sits at the end of a common area with outdoor-like seating for informal gatherings. There are also three conference areas including a large octagonal space and two smaller rooms for one-on-one meetings.
